Crude Oil Buyer — East Texas Counties
We purchase crude oil from producers in the following East Texas counties. Our Karnack facility is located in Harrison County, making East Texas our primary purchasing territory. Active production areas include the Austin Chalk, Eagleford, Cotton Valley, and Haynesville plays.
Crude Oil Buyer — South Arkansas Counties
We purchase crude oil from producers in South Arkansas, including the El Dorado Basin and the historic Smackover trend in Union County and surrounding areas. Regular pickup routes cover all listed counties.
Crude Oil Buyer — NW Louisiana Parishes
We purchase crude oil from producers across Northwest Louisiana parishes. Caddo Parish and Bossier Parish are among our most active purchasing areas. The same WTI-based pricing and terms apply across all parishes.

No minimum volume. We purchase crude from small stripper well operators to larger lease operators — any volume, WTI-based pricing, same reliable terms.
What pricing do you use to buy crude oil?
We use WTI (West Texas Intermediate) as our pricing basis. Producers receive transparent monthly settlement statements and consistent pricing across all counties we serve.
Do you perform on-lease crude oil testing?
Yes. We perform on-lease crude oil testing prior to pickup in all four states — East Texas, South Arkansas, Northwest Louisiana, and Southeastern Oklahoma.
Do you provide crude oil transportation?
Yes. We operate our own in-house trucking fleet for crude oil pickups across the Ark-La-Tex region, eliminating third-party logistics delays.
