Crude Purchasing
Direct Crude Purchasing from Regional Producers
Oleum Operations purchases crude oil directly from producers operating in East Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and southeastern Oklahoma. We offer consistent offtake, competitive field pricing, and straightforward contract terms. Our goal is to be a dependable buyer — one producers can rely on regardless of market conditions. We handle crude of varying quality and work with producers to establish blending plans that maximize value.
We work with operators of all sizes, from single-well producers to multi-lease operators. Our flexible purchasing structure allows us to adapt to production volumes and scheduling needs.

Blending
Custom Crude Blending to Refinery Specifications
Our blending operations are designed to meet the precise API gravity and sulfur content requirements of downstream refiners. By combining crudes sourced from across the Ark-La-Tex region, we are able to produce consistent blended streams that meet or exceed target specifications. On-site LACT measurement units ensure accurate custody transfer at every point in the process.
Blending schedules are managed in coordination with both supply and delivery commitments, ensuring that product quality is consistent across all deliveries.

Storage
Secure Above-Ground Tank Storage — 18,000 Barrels
Our facility features 18,000 barrels of above-ground storage capacity, providing the operational buffer needed for flexible crude management. Storage inventory is tracked in real time, allowing producers and buyers to have confidence in custody and availability. All tanks are maintained to industry standards with regular inspection schedules.
Storage terms are available on a short-term or longer-term basis. Throughput agreements are structured to support both the producer delivery schedule and the buyer lift schedule.

Transportation
In-House Trucking & Flexible Delivery
Oleum Operations maintains in-house trucking capabilities to reduce reliance on third-party carriers and improve delivery reliability. Our drivers operate within the Ark-La-Tex region, providing timely pickups from lease tank batteries and deliveries to pipeline injection points or refinery truck unloading facilities. We coordinate all logistics internally to maintain accountability end-to-end.
Scheduling is managed through direct coordination with our operations team. We accommodate varying lift frequencies and work around producer and buyer operational constraints.
