Oleum Operations LLC is an owner-operated crude oil gathering, blending, and logistics company serving the Ark-La-Tex producing region. We operate a physical facility with 18,000 barrels of above-ground storage, LACT metering units, and truck load and unload infrastructure — giving us the capability to move crude efficiently from lease tank battery to final delivery point.
Unlike larger intermediaries, our structure is lean and accountable. Producers deal directly with the people making decisions. Buyers receive consistent product on a predictable schedule. Every barrel handled through our facility is measured, tested, and documented to recognized industry standards.

Our Services
Crude Oil Sourcing
Purchasing crude from producers across East Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana. We offer competitive pricing, transparent dealings, and reliable offtake agreements.
Blending & Storage

How We Operate
From Wellhead to Delivery Point
Crude Receipt
Producers haul crude to our facility via truck from lease tank batteries across East Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana. We accommodate varying schedules and tank battery sizes.
Testing & Measurement
On arrival, each load is measured through LACT units and sampled for BS&W content, API gravity, and H₂S. Run tickets are generated and retained for full custody documentation.
Blending
Based on the incoming stream composition, we blend crude to meet the gravity and sulfur specifications required by the downstream purchaser or pipeline injection point.
Storage & Inventory
Blended product is held in our above-ground tank farm until scheduled for lift. Inventory is tracked daily and available to both producers and buyers upon request.
Delivery
Finished crude is dispatched via our in-house trucks to refinery truck unloading stations or pipeline injection points. Delivery timing is coordinated directly with the receiving party.
Measurement, Compliance & Settlement
Operating to Industry Standards
LACT Metering & Custody Transfer
All crude receipts and deliveries are measured through Lease Automatic Custody Transfer units. Volume statements are issued for every transaction, providing full audit documentation for both producers and buyers.
BS&W Analysis & API Testing
Incoming crude is tested for basic sediment and water content and API gravity on each load. Results are recorded on run tickets and factor into purchase and blending calculations to ensure accurate compensation.
Regulatory Compliance
We operate in full compliance with the Texas Railroad Commission, Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission, and Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, along with applicable EPA requirements including SPCC plan maintenance.

Producers receive timely payment on confirmed volume statements. We maintain strong banking relationships and operate with the financial discipline to meet obligations consistently, regardless of short-term market movements.
